Overview

 It is a two flat independent villa with a gardenThere are 3 bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. There is a large living room downstairs with a fireplace and an access to the balcony. There are also two bathrooms, one at each floor and both have shower cabinets. There are study rooms both upstairs and downstairs. The one that is on the second floor has two large desks with computers and a tv. The second floor has three bedrooms. One with a single and the other two with double beds. The study room and one of the bedrooms with a double bed have a panoramic view of the sea. There is huge terrace on the second floor, accessible from the study room, with a full view of the sea and the surroundings.The garden is independent and is not shared with any other buildings. There are a few lemon trees, orange trees and pomegranate trees. In addition to these, there is a wireless connection (free of charge), hot water at all times, close to public transportation and easy access to the highway.

In the district of Güzelbahçe, by the sea (5 min by walk) and in a quiet and charming little street in a safe neighborhood. There is a full panoramic view of the sea and the surroundings. As for the transportation, it is 15 minutes to Narlýdere, Balçova downtown and 30 min to the city center (Konak) by bus and dolmuþ (minibus). There are several small markets around and fish sellers. The coastline is 5 min by walk and it is suitable for jogging.
