Deluxe apart 1 (with private garden) is one of the 5 aparts of istanbul suite home apart on garden floor,based on 70'm2, it has 1 large bedroom, nice bathroom with a shower,hallway,1 large living room with a fully furnished open kitchen on one side beside table and the cheirs for 6 person by the kitchen and on the other side 2 sofas, one of them opens to be a large doublebed, a lot of natural light,balcony with a seating corner,50'm2 garden with a joyful seating corner,amazing seaview from MARMARA sea terrace on top of the 5 floor apartment for the comon use of all 5 aparts.
