Hello! I am a Japanese owner of this studio.
This studio is where I live when I visit in Istanbul. As I usually live in oversease, meanwhile I rent someone as a holiday studio with reasonable rent.

Overview

This is full furnished studio apartment. If you want to stay in the central Istanbul for short term period, this studio apartment with kitchen facilities is convenient.
The location is 10 mins walk from Taksim square, 1 min from Istiklal street.
You can search for the locaton on google map

There is a semi-double bed, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, TV, internet with/without cable, sofa bed, full kitchen facilities with also asian cuisine (Japanese rice cooker).

The room is on the ground floor and there is no air condition. This is the only reason of reasonable rent. But it's cool and confortable inside until July.

Minimum stay is 6 nights. The rent is included all utilities.
Lower price period is between April - October. Higher price period is between November - March.

For the rent, if more than 2 persons' stay, 10 euro per night, 50 euro per week will be added each extra person on the single rate in below list.

If you are looking for an apartment for a few months, I can give you 500EUR/ month + water and electric.

The room is on the basement floor. But there is a police box ( The French residence is just in front ), so it's very safe atmosphere.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
