Overview

ELIF is a new 2 floor duplex with a comfortable open plan kitchen-dinning room -lounge with two terraces looking out the front & behind and a WC.

The stylish new fitted kitchen with granite work surfaces & modern new electrical appliances gives you all your home from home comforts.

Dining & cooking utensils sufficient for the property's capacity.(5 max)
Laundry facilities by way of a washing machine, clothes airer, iron & board.
Upstairs, we provide two double bedrooms with balconies and a smaller room with a single bed.
The family bathroom, again tastefully decorated with new sanitary fittings, inc a bath with jacuzzi jets and over head shower.
The Ground floor terrace outside the kitchen has an outside dining & BBQ area.
Air conditioning units downstairs and in bedrooms.
Elif is one of 7 we have available to rent from Veluxe Houses. The devlopment also has houses for sale.

These beautifully made holiday homes are perfect for independent people, who don't need the fuss of a package holiday arrangement, and for people who will take care & respect the house as if it were their own.

Location & area

Directions:

On arrival into Icmeler stay on the road leading into the village.

You will pass a large cream colour school building on your right.

Keep on, and you'll come to an odd junction with a blue sign indicating round to the left or straight on. Follow the road left.
You will go past Faber Aparthotel on the left and on over two pedestrian crossings. You'll then approach a slight bridge.
As soon as you drive over the bridge, take the immediate right turn, signposted to Turunc, Bozburun & Datca.

You will now see a large yellow school building (its called Haci Ali Akin) approaching ahead.

Take the road to the left of the school, drive on keeping to the left side of the road which takes you on to a pretty, low, stone circular wall.

Drive around the wall 'clockwise' and you will come to Veluxe Houses on the left.



If you need a landmark to check your direction - ask for the Haci Ali Akin School.

Guests will be asked to contribute to the electricity used as this is such an expensive utility for us in Turkey.
