Overview

This penthouse apartment on the Royal Blue complex was newly built (2006) to the highest standard and is situated between Gumusluk and Yalikavak on the sun drenched and beautiful Bodrum Peninsula on the Aegean coast of Turkey. With only 18 apartments on the complex you will always be able to enjoy the facilities without being in a crowd.

The apartment is spacious and airy and luxuriously furnished and equipped to offer a high standard of accommodation. It sleeps up to 5 with comfort and is ideal for a family. There is air conditioning in every room but as there is a cooling sea breeze it should not be needed except on the hottest of days.

There is a car parking area provided outside the apartments. There is also outside lighting and a 24 hours secirity guard who lives on the complex.

The apartment is reached via a short flight of stairs. Inside the front door there are stairs leading up to the private roof terrace and a hallway leading to the open plan living area.

Accommodation
The kitchen is fully equipped if you fancy a home cooked meal using fresh ingredients from one of the markets. Complete with marble worktops and high and low units, a full sized cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster plus an excellent range of cooking utensils, cuttlery crockery and glassware. There is dining furniture both inside and on the balcony to give you a choice of dining areas.

The lounge is furnished with comfortable seating including a double sofa bed, coffee tables, television and CD/DVD player with a good range of CD's/DVD's for your use.

Two sets of sliding patio doors lead onto a spacious west facing balcony with stunning view over the sea and surrounding countryside. It is furnished with comfortable reclining seats, a dining table and chairs, and comes complete with built in barbecue

The master bedroom features a double bed, beside tables, a spacious wardrobe a chest of drawers and a dressing table with stool. Rugs and wall lighting provide the luxurious finishing touches.

The second bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table, reading lamp and spacious wardrobe.

The fully tiled bathroom has an enclosed shower, toilet and washbasin.

The roof terrace is furnished with a table and 4 chairs plus 4 sun loungers and a pergola to provide shade and the whole spacious area offers privacy for sunbathing. All aspects from the roof terrace are stunning, with views to the east over the hillside for exquisite sunrise vistas and to the west are glorious sea views and sunsets that have to be seen to be believed.
