The villa is fully furnished including a fridge/freezer, oven, dish washer, toaster and kettle. The washing machine is in the downstairs bathroom.The living room has seating for 6 people, TV/DVD player and a selection of DVDs.There is a dining table and six chairs.The 3 bedrooms are 2 doubles and 1 twin. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.The private pool is at the front of the villa.We also include a FREE welcome basket with hot and cold drinks, eggs, bread, jam, butter and cheese; a weekly clean/change of bedding and a meet and greet visit.Will also consider long term rentals.Book now for Summer 2009 and receive a discount off the villa price.

Location & area

The villa is set at the back of a beautiful valley located on the outskirts of Fethiye with mountain views. The main road is approximately a 10 minute walk from the villa, but there is a dolmus service near the villa which takes you to the main road to catch the bus to all the surrounding areas. Fethiye centre and harbour is only 1km away and Oludeniz, Hisaronu and Calis within a 10 minute drive.



Fethiye is a bustling traditional Turkish town with a harbour, many shops and restaurants and a weekly market every Tuesday. Also worth a visit is Oludeniz beach and the famous blue lagoon. Pass through Ovacik and Hisaronu on the way.

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
