The villa is situated in an elevated position, surrounded by pine forests, with stunning views over the Uzumlu plateau and the nearby mountains. This area of Turkey - The Turquoise Coast - offers everything a holidaymaker could want. The friendliest of people, lovely beaches, all types of watersports, a variety of good restaurants, historical sites and a complete range of shopping experiences. We back this up with a luxurious detached villa fully equipped and furnished to an excellent standard. The villa has 4 floors and can sleep 12 people in 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms and 3 living rooms and it has a lovely private pool and fully equipped Games/Fitness Room. It is 50 minutes from Dalaman Airport and 20 minutes to Calis Beach, a 2km walk takes you to the shops, restaurants and daily market in Uzumlu village.

Location & area

Fethiye is only a 25 mins drive and is a bustling port city with lots to offer including two supermarkets for your basic shopping. In the old city there are shops offering quality leather goods, carpets and designer clothes. There are many good restaurants of all types and an excellent fresh food market near the harbour. Olu Deniz, Hisaronu and Kaya Koy are all a short distance from Fethiye. Olu Deniz is world renowned for its blue lagoon and sandy beaches and is also the main centre for paragliding. Patara Beach with a 20km unspoilt sandy beach is about a 1 hour drive.

Activities by the sea include paragliding, microlites, wind-surfing, kitesurfing, sailing, swimming, water-skiing and scuba diving. Inland there is walking, mountain biking, quad biking, horse riding, birdwatching and visits to the numerous archaeological sites from the Roman and Lycian times. Walking the Lycian Way will particularly interest some people.

We organise Watersports Tuition Courses in Kitesurfing, Sailing and Scuba Diving and will send details on request. We can also arrange Yoga lessons nearby. The International Air Games in Olu Deniz in late October is well worth a visit to see paragliders, microlites, hot air balloons and anything that can fly together with a fly past by the Turkish Air Force.

There are two living rooms and a separate dining room together with a fully equipped kitchen to cater for 12 people. There is also a dining area on the terrace close to the built-in BBQ. The 650sg.ft. Games/Fitness room with table tennis, darts, weights, a punchbag and a cross-trainer provides an alternative amusement for the more energetic members of your party.
