Aegean View villa is a new build constructed by an award winning builder. As you would expect the quality is higher than normally found in Turkey with no expense spaired on fixtures fittings.



In keeping with the property it has also been furnished for the top end of the market but is offered for rent at a realistic price.



When you arrive at the villa you will be greeted by an airy and large ground floor terrace which surrounds the front and the side of the house. This is the perfect spot for an early breakfast lunch or dinner.



On entering the villa you will first note the open plan living area encompassing a dining, living and kitchen area where the dining room offers a more formal dining option.



Walking through you will see the living area which is furnished with leather sofas, a large tv and satelite. This space provides a very comfortable spot to escape the afternoon sun or a chill out zone for lazy evenings. The lower level is air-conditioned for your comfort during hot weather.



Opposite the living area you will find a well stocked kitchen for those budding cooks amongst you.



Off of the living area and not shown on these photos is a beautiful handcrafted wooden staircase that will lead you on to the upper levels of the villa.



Here you will find 5 bedrooms including 2 doubles and 3 singles that can comfortably sleep up to 8. All bedrooms have been furnished with high quality chrome and wood furniture. Bedding is comfortable and provided in colours that compliment the neutural scheme of the rest of the villa.



On the upper levels you will find 3 bathrooms that are fully tiled and very functional. In the family bathroom you will also find our washing machine which is where they are traditionaly housed in Turkey.



The bathrooms all contain showers and toilets and are clean bright and hygenic.



Most of the bedrooms lead on to a private baloncy where you can find some space from the group, read a book or take an afternoon nap. There is also a very large upper floor terrace that provides the perfect spot for sunbathing in the day or watching the tinkling stars at night.



A few steps down the road you will find our neighbour the 4 star Mysia Hotel which boasts one of the best beach side pools in Turkey. All our guest have free access to the pool, the bars and eateries.



The view from all areas of the villa encompasses neighbouring villas, greenery and a sea view from all sides. At night when Dikili lights up it is truly magical.



The local beach about a minutes walk away or 30 second run if you are young and sprightly. It is unspoilt, uncrowded, sandy and the waters are clean and calm.



Aegean View villa in real life is much more spectacular but we hope this gives you a good idea of what is on offer.
