Overview

Luxury duplex apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Large lounge, dining/kitchen. Fully fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, hob and fridge freezer. Sofa bed in lounge, and on landing. Master bedroom has double bed with on-suite. Second bedroom has twin beds. Property has two balconies with mountain views. Dalyan is a beautiful town, surrounded by mountains and unspoilt countryside. The Dalyan channel runs through the town centre and the water circulates between the Mediterranean and Koycegiz lake. Dividing the sea from the delta is Iztuzu beach which is a gorgeous three mile strech of white sand, famous for its Loggerhead turtles. You can reach the beach by boat from the town centre.The town centre boasts dozens of excellent restaurants and shops, prices are extremely reasonable and a meal for two with wine will cost about '15. A market is held every saturday which is well worth a visit.You will never be short of things to do in Dalyan. There are many excursions to different places and the buses go everywhere including Fethiye, Olu Deniz, Marmaris and many more places.

Dalyan is small town on the south-western coast of Turkey, located just 15 miles from Dalaman International Airport.
It has a charming town centre with many excellent restaurants, bars and shops. There is also a busy market on Saturday.

With its fine crystal sand, shallow turquoise sea and abundant sunshine, Iztuzu beach is the ideal seaside spot, perfect for swimming for 7 months of the year. It is this beach to which the endangered Mediterranean turtle, Caretta Caretta, has returned year after year to lay its eggs.
