Zeytin Koru, (olive grove) was architectually designed to our specification to mirror the grandure of the Rock Tombs directly in front. Located, argueably in the best location in Dalyan Town, the best of both worlds, rural with cotton fields, tree lined avenues and no close neibours yet only 100 ysrds to the shops and restaraunts. Dalyan is set in the conservation area of the Turquoise coast. Near the famous Itzuzu Beach where the protected logger head turtles nest. Only 25 minutes from Dalaman airport it is an ideal location for all types of holidays. Close to historic sights, new golf courses, lake, river and sea.The villa is set in its own large private garden with a 60 square metre pool which enjoys full sunshine all day. Zeytin Koru is fully air conditioned and heated with large feature stone fire places for cosy long winter evenings. 3 Double and one twin bedroom all with on suites. There are 2 cots and additional sleeping in sofa beds in both the lower and first floor lounges to accomodates family or friendship groups.Facilities:- fully equipped with everything you could need for up to 12 adults, including: - dish washer, double oven & hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle , toaster, food processor, iron & ironing board, Satelite TV & DVD, radio CD player, books and games for our guests.Zeytin Koru has a complete alarm security system and safety deposit boxes are available for our guests use.A 'Welcome Pack' is provided for our guests. Maid service once per week. With fresh linene and towels.

Zeytin Koru is in an ideal location within 100 yards of the many small and friendly shops and restaurants. Yet set back with trees on 3 sides, giving some privacy to our guests.
With the large pool with shallow end, large stone BBQ and summerhouse, you can simply lounge around and gaze at the Lycian tooms all day or venture out on the many exursions that at literally to hand.
The river boat taxis are 150 metres away to take you to many destinations and just accross the river is the ancient ruined city of Caunos.
