There are 6 airconditioned bedrooms, all with en suite facilities. The 2 King-size and 2 twin suites have ensuite bathrooms and balcony and the third bed room (3 singles in 1, 1 double and 1 single in meltem2) has an en suite shower room. The large open plan kitchen and lounge areas have comfortable sofas and carefully selected decor and the kitchen is well equipped with granite worktops, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and full oven and hob. There is also a down stairs toilet and 'wet room' .

The third bedroom in Meltem 1 has 3 single beds, the third bedroom in meltem 2 has a double and a single bed.

The shady terrace is perfect for al fresco meals and sheltering from the heat of the day. The gardens are well stocked with fruit trees of various kinds and there are open views of the mountains. There is a large kirsch, with lovely views out to the mountains and over the fields, which has carpets and soft cushions and is ideal for relaxing and enjoying a cold drink anytime of the day.

There is a shady bar with freezer which will be stocked with 3 bottles of wine, 10 beers and some soft drinks for the children per villa on arrival. You are welcome to restock it once you have finished the complimentary drinks.

Enjoy a relaxing holiday in Dalyan an unspoilt corner of the Mediterranean. There are lots of things to do in Dalyan, including boat trips, sailing, mud baths, turtle spotting, Turkish baths, white water rafting, snorkelling, diving, a beautiful deserted beach and visiting the ancient ruins of Kaunos. Or you can of course just relax and enjoy the sun, sea and sand.



Since 1986, Dalyan and it's delta has been a conservation area and wildlife sanctuary. Because of this, the small town on the South West coast of the Mediterranean has kept it's Turkish charm and appeal. Many people return year after year, a few never leave.



The town sits on the Dalyan river fed by the local mountain streams that converge on the Koycegiz lake. Locals and tourists alike enjoy the natural mud baths and thermal springs at the side of the lake, then meander through the maze of reed beds, passing the ancient rock tombs carved into the side of the mountain some 3000 years ago. The river opens onto the beautiful Iztuzu beach where this gently shelving beach is home to the endangered loggerhead sea turtle
