Villa Mavi is a luxurious well appointed Mediterranean style villa, comfortably accommodating 6 adults and 2 children (sofa beds). It is decorated tastefully with a touch of Turkish traditionalism so you can enjoy this unique cultural experience with all modern conveniences. There is a gourmet kitchen with granite worktops, a stainless steel gas hob and extractor fan, electric fan forced oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and a full compliment of kitchen accessories for your convenience. The bedrooms are furnished and decorated with taste and comfortable living in mind. The master bedroom has a retreat and balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. All bedrooms have individual air conditioning units for those warm summer nights and each has their own balcony to enjoy a cool drink and watch the sun set. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space and bedside tables and lamps. The bathrooms are designed with modern wall hung fixtures and European designed tiles. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 downstairs which has a WC, handbasin and shower and upstairs a large bathroom with WC, handbasin and huge shower. The dining room/lounge/kitchen is a spacious open plan with a dining area which opens to an outside walled terrace for those private intimate dinners by candlelight or a BBQ for the family in privacy. The lounge and dining room has seating for 6 with 1 x 3 seater sofa, 1 x 2 seater sofa and an armchair with Ottoman table. This area is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. Turkish antiques have been included to give the feel of the Ottoman era. Enjoy sipping tea whilst sitting around the Ottoman style table. A unique experience. Instructions, teapot and Turkish tulip tea glasses are included in your kitchen accessories. Privacy is one of the main features of these villas. We are a family owned business who designed, built and now manage this complex with a native English speaking contact person. We offer a 24 hour support service.

Villa Mavi is a new luxury villa, designed, built and managed by the owners and situated just a 5 minute walk from the town centre where there are many restaurants, bars and interesting shops to enjoy.

Dalyan is an eco village situated on the Dalyan River. Iztuzu Beach, which won 1st prize in the Open Green Space Awards in Europe and is famous for the Carretta Carretta (Loggerhead Turtle) nesting grounds is only a short boat or bus ride away.

Buses to Fethiye, Marmaris and Ortaca are just a 1 minute walk away. The New Bazaar is just 2 minutes walk away. No need for hire cars!

Take a boat trip on the magnificent Koygeyiz Lake, swim in the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean, take a jeep safari into the Turkish hinterland or just laze by the pool, its all on your doorstep here in Dalyan.

Dalyan and its surrounds boast citrus fruit farms, olive groves and cotton farms. A truly beautiful location with spectacular scenery and ancient ruins that include 3,000 year old Lycian Tombs carved into the river cliff face, the Antique city of Kaunos with its Ampitheatre, Acropolis and Temples, Mud Baths and Thermal Pools that are world renowned for their healing properties. It truly has something for everyone!
