A beautifully maintained 3 bedroomed property, situated in the peaceful area of Gulpinar in Dalyan.
The location of the property also makes a lovely walk along the river towards town.

Upstairs: Three double bedrooms all with balconies. The two double bedrooms are furnished with wardrobes, drawer and fans. The windows in these two rooms are covered with mosquito nets. The balcony door in the front room overlooking the pool is installed with mosquito screen.Fabulous mountain views can be seen from these balconies.
The master bedroom has own private balcony, air-conditioning and an en-suite shower room.
The upstairs area also hosts one of the family bathrooms.

Downstairs: The second family bathroom is on this floor and is fully equipped with bath and attached shower.
The living area is furnished with two sofas, a dvd player which doubles as cd player and air-conditioning.
The dining area is furnished with dining table and 8 chairs, perfect for nice family dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and more for you stay in this villa.

Garden: Outside you will find lushious green gardens with an array of plants and flowers. The traditionial seating area is the main focual point along with the private swimming pool. There are 6 cushioned sunbeds for you parties use.
There is also outside seating enough for 10 people, perfect when used with the BBQ for a night of al fresco dining
