A recently built 4 bedroom villa.
1 ensuite main bedroom,2 twin bedrooms,1 bedroom with double bunk beds,plus 1 cot.
Newly furbished:air conditioning.room for 8 to 10 people. comfortable and fully equipped.
We had this house commissioned as we loved the area.There is plenty to do or you can just relax.
There is a large pool (50sq metres) with a barbeque and gazebo.
There are lovely views of the surrounding mountains.
The town,beach and lake are readily available.
Good for families or groups of friends (young or old)
Come and enjoy yourselves.
This is a maintained property.
Transport to and from dalaman airport(25 minutes away)can be arranged at extra cost.
Book 1 or more weeks or possibly a few days or between 1 and 2 weeks depending on other booked dates.

Location & area

Dalyan

This is a pretty area.There are good restaurants and there is plenty to do.
You can bike,walk,take a boat to the gorgeous beach,bathe in the lake and take a mud bath or have a massage.

Talk to the friendly turkish people and make friends with your neighbours and the local expats.

There are excursions further afield.
Enjoy the turkish cuisine and culture.
Go on the 12 islands boat trip from Fethiye:dive in the Mediterranean sea and enjoy a picnic on the beach.

Try sailing and diving.

Go to Bodrum,Ephesus and the famous beach at Olu Deniz (although you will like the beach at Dalyan with it's turtles and protected status just as much!)
See the local tombs.

Go on a day trip to a greek island(eg Rhodes) .

Try the fish restaurants in the turkish harbour towns.

Just enjoy yourselves for a week or more.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double,3 twins including I with double bunks (and 1 baby cot).1 of the bedrooms has en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the living area.This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. The villa has 3 shower rooms in total including 3 WCs. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. The villa has television,dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a portable telephone. There is room for 10 in the living room and in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils. This is a non-smoking villa
