Overview

Our new luxury villa is surrounded by mountains, is situated just 10 minutes walk from the picturesque riverside town of Dalyan and just 25 minutes drive from Dalaman Airport. It is fully air conditioned, has 2 twin bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms (one with a balcony), there is an open plan living area with 2 very comfortable sofa beds that can sleep an additional 4 people, a downstairs cloakroom, a dining area and a fully fitted kitchen. We also have a DVD player, CD player, a terrace area with sunbeds and cushions, umbrellas and tables and chairs, an outside shower, a garden with lemon and orange trees and lots of bougainvillia bushes. There are 4 bicycles for your use. We share a fully maintained swimming pool with just 2 other properties and have a large attractive garden.

Dalyan is a picturesque riverside town just 10 miles from the famous Turtle Beach (famous for their loggerhead turtles which are a protected species) which can be reached by Dolmus (local bus) which takes about 15 minutes or by the more leisurely boat journey down the river which takes about 40 minutes.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
  • If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers.
