Overview

This Large Luxury Villa is built with special stone, which keeps you cool in summer and warm in winter. The Villa has stunning mountain views from all around. There are 3 Balconies and 1 Terrace area. These are ideal places to sit in the shade during the day and read a book or sit in the evening with a cold drink watching the sun go down or even having a BBQ under the stars. The Lounge has TV, DVD, Music Centre and XBox. The Kitchen has a Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer and a Full Oven as well as many other features such as a kettle, coffee machine etc... The Lounge and open plan Kitchen area lead onto the large terrace overlooking the garden. This Villa has 4 bedrooms all with balconies. 2 Doubles and 2 Twin. The large family Bathroom has a Washing Machine and even a Bath. (these are unusual in Turkey) The Master Room has ensuite bathroom with a special whirlpool bath and opens out onto a large balcony that overlooks the gardens and the stunning mountains. It really is a marvel to look out from here. This Villa is fully air conditioned. It is about 15 minutes walk away from Dalyan and makes a Charming and Relaxing place to stay.

The town is nearby there is plenty of shops restaurants You can take a trip along the river by boat or cross the river to visit the Ancient City ruins and have a closer look at the Rock Tombs A trip to the beach by boat or bus is a great trip either meandering along the reeds in a boat or driving around the mountain through the pine forests both are a good experience.
