The villa is in a hamlet of mixed Turkish houses & villas, 2 miles outside Dalyan. The nearest restaurant is 200m away & mini mart a little further.

Dalyan is a busy small town with an extended river front, restaurants & shops and all amenities. Water taxis go from here to ancient Caunos on the other river bank,to the thermal baths, north to Koygegis lake or down to the 5km Istuzu beach.

The space is designed and equipped for 6 people.There is an outside shower off the pool terrace, a fully built in BBQ with prep area and sink and a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer & bikes.
The pool is serviced daily, the garden twice weekly & maid serviced including linen change after 7 nights [except on an 8/9 night stay]
