Overview

Stunning 5 bed roomed villa that sleeps 10 - 14 privately.

Basement bedroom has super king size 4 poster bed with ensuite jacuzzl bathroom.

Ground floor has a twin bedroom (disabled friendly) with ensuite shower room. Also a ground floor king size double with ensuite shower room and first floor has two king size doubles with ensuite shower rooms.
There is a large open plan ground floor lounge, kitchen, dining area and a huge basement cinema room and fitness centre.
The inside is decorated to a high standard with marble, granite, Cappadocian stone and personalised artwork in all of the rooms.
The furnishings are to the highest standard with sumptuous black leather suites on the ground floor lounge and 3 large settees in the basement.
The natural pool has a waterfall feature and a shallow end suitable for children and disabled.
The position is superb with mountain views and yet it is only 170 metres from the river and 200 metres from the town.
Peace and tranquillity but with the convenience to stroll down to the river, wander up the river bank to the lake or stroll into town, all options are open.
If you want to relax then sink into one of the 10 padded sun beds or sit in the Kosk (raised seating/reading/lounging area at the back of the villa with mountain views)

Location & area

The tiny town of Dalyan in the province of Mugla on the South-Western Mediterranean is set in the centre of a broad delta whose natural beauty is completely unspoilt. This is one of the surviving corners of paradise, an area of outstanding natural beauty and historic interest. With its 5000 year old history still continuing since ancient Caunos.



You will be amazed at the sites of very rare species of birds (you can't see anywhere else in the world), silver medal award winning thermal springs and, natural healing mud baths. Aswell as, spectacular channels weaved like a labyrinth, surrounded with reed beds and endless golden sands.

Towels and linen are supplied (please bring own pool towels). Villa cleaned twice a week. Maid service on demand at £20 a day.
