Overview

The villa is detached and has 3 good size bedrooms.The open plan living and dining area includes sofas, coffee table, TV/Satellite, DVD & CD player/radio. There is a table and six chairs for dining. The fully fitted kitchen includes gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, water cooler fountain, microwave and more.Two of the bedrooms are doubles and the third bedroom has twin beds. There is also an extra collapsible bed and a cot available.The villa is air conditioned throughout and central heating for the winter months.A pay as you go mobile is also supplied in the villa.Outside is a good sized private swimming pool, large terrace for dining, well maintained gardens and a private driveway.

Nearby is a local shop for basic supplies, the local bus stop and taxi rank.
The villa is only 5 minutes from the local beach.

Within walking distance you will find beach bars and restaurants that serve traditional Turkish and English food.

The main beach at Calis is only a 10 minute bus ride away and has a long narrow sandy beach and promenade.

Fethiye is the local town and a 15 minute bus ride. Enjoy a stroll along the harbour in Fethiye or visit the paspatur district and all the colourful shops selling local goods.

Also take the bus to Oludeniz beach which is one of Turkey's most photographed beach. Or the resort of Hisaronu and Kayakoy (ghost village).
