Overview

2 bedroomed first floor duplex apartment. New complex - opened July 2008. Just a 2 minute walk from the beach where the surf club is located. The complex has several large swimming pools and a couple of children's pools. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with hot and cold air. The kitchen is filly fitted and includes oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, iron, dishwaher and washing machine. The lounge has a sofa bed, coffee table, table and chairs and a TV with a DVD/CD player which has an ipod docking station. The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets and a free standing double wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double bed bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and a free standing double wardrobe. The two bathrooms have stylish power showers. The veranda has table and chairs for 4 people and overlooks the large pool. The complex is very safe and secure with a 24-hour security officer. The gardens are well maintained with plants and fruit trees.
