Property Description
This is a new 2 bedroomed ground floor apartment finished to a high standard in the popular resort of calis beach, it is 1 of 6 apartments in the block in a very quiet area, set amongst local villagers with mountain views. It will comfortably sleep 4/6. It has air-conditioning, shared pool, fridge-freezer, washing machine, 2 balconies and is a roomy 85m2. There are many local amenities, shops, restarants and an excellent Sunday Market. The beach is about 1 mile away and is 5 minutes by car or Dolmus (local buses). Local shops are around the corner, and being in the local community you pay local and not tourist prices.

Calis Beach has a wonderful long beach with amazing views including a beautiful sunset. It has many restaurants along the sea front serving a variety of food.

The bustling town of Fethyie is a 20 minute water taxi ride away which costs a pound each way. Here you will find a bazaar and many restaurants around a beautiful marina.
There are many areas to explore. The stunning olu-dinez beach, dalyan with the loggerhead turtles and the amazing rock tombs found in both Dalyan and Fethyie.
The property is managed by All Aspects Property Management in Calis Beach. They will arrange transfers, cleaning, bedding, towels and a welcome pack if you desire (at an extra cost).
We will take a £100.00 refundable deposit to cover any possible damage and breakages.
Please note this is a no smoking apartment.

You will fly to Dalaman Airport, this is serviced by nearly every British Airport. The main airlines to Dalaman are Thomson, Thomas Cook, Agean, Pegasus, BA and First Choice. Book early for the best deals.
