Overview
This is a luxury 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor apartment. It is tastefully furnished and well equipped. The lounge has a 3 seater and 2 seater settee, television and coffee table. The dining area has table and seating for 6. In the fully fitted kitchen is a 4 ring electric hob, oven, toaster, washing machine. The master bedroom has en-suite bathroom, with shower, toilet, basin and electric water heater.The bedroom has a double bed, separate access to the terrace, triple wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cabinets. The second bedroom has twin beds, double wardrobes and bedside cabinet. There is a separate bathroom with bath, shower etc. The apartment is fully air conditioned and includes other items such as small safe, wooden patio furniture and 4 sun loungers with cushions.
From the terrace there are sea views and to the rear mountains. One of the main pools is only a few yards away, which has a nearby children's pool.Offering 24 hour security, restaurant on site, indoor pool, fitness area, and turkish bath, treatment rooms and facilities to book car hire, trips and return transfers to Dalaman airport.On the beach there is an area for Sunset Beach residents only and a few hundred yards away is the surf centre.Situated only a hundred yards or so from the local Dolmus park, restaurants and bars, there is easy access to all Calis, Fethiye, Olu Deniz and beyond.
