Overview

Lapis Apartment shares a large communal swimming pool, gardens and childrens pool.With two good sized bedrooms, including plenty of wardrobe space to store all your belongings.The fully fitted kitchen has everything you need including an oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, cooking equipment, etc. Enjoy your meals sitting at the breakfast bar or outside on the large terrace.The living room has a comfortable sofa and chairs which also turn into sofa beds.The bathroom has a sink, toilet, shower with cubicle and a washing machine.We also provide an outside table and chairs, plus sun loungers for the pool.The apartment is air conditioned and no smoking is allowed inside the apartment, but you can smoke outside or on the terrace.Please note - the apartment sleeps 6 comfortably, with the possible addition of 2 small children or 1 further adult.

Location & area

A local shop is only 10 minutes walk away over the bridge.

The beach and promenade is a pleasant 15 minute walk. Calis Beach has a long narrow sandy and shingle beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and some water sports. The promenade is lined with shops, bars and restaurants.

The main road for the local bus services into Calis, Fethiye, etc., is only a few mintues away.

A small selection of local shops, bars and restaurants are within a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

Enjoy a leisurely 10 minute walk to the local market in Calis on Sunday and haggle over the many bargains to be found.
Catch the local bus into Fethiye, or use the water taxi near the beach.

Also take the bus to Oludeniz (blue lagoon), Hisaronu, Ovacik and Kayakoy.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
