Overview

The villa is situated ideally at 3 mins walking from the beach and a few cosy restaurants, at 1500m from Calis Boulevard, near Fethiye. Large veranda (65 m2) with Jacuzzi and beautiful tropical garden. Enjoying the sun on the spacious roof terrace you have a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountains. The villa is at the front is a quiet residential area, there are some small shops just a stone throw away.

The villa has a nice ceramic floor, new furniture, radio/cd/mp3cd, satellite-tv, two bedrooms (2x 2-persons beds and in the living room at request a sleeping couch), living room with open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, cool/freezer, washing machine), large roofed veranda 65 m2) with Jacuzzi and a spacious roof terrace, bathroom/WC and 2 airco�s. Parking next to the villa. English speaking owners will be there for you. At your request transport to and from the airport, car hire (local) can be arranged for you at reasonable prices.

Location & area

Koca-Calis is situated in an unspoiled area, not yet crowded by tourists. It is one of the few places in the world where Carettas lay their eggs. Koca-Calis starts at the end of Calis Boulevard with its lovely restaurants, nice shops and loads of possibilities within walking distance. Calis is situated at a large bay, surrounded by beautiful mountains.



The international airport Dalaman is 40 mins by car. The cosy village Calis and the aquapark are within walking distance or one minute withe the bus. Prices in Calis and Koca-Calis are significantly lower compared with other places at the Turkish coast.



Calis and Koca-Calis are ideal locations for people that want to see the entire south-west coast.
