Overview

Amaliz is a luxurious property suitable for all travellers. The spacious living area on the ground floor may be transformed into a sleeping area for those unable to manage steps.

With all the amenities of home, including air conditioning and satellite television, it is a 5 minute walk from the beach in a quiet Turkish neighborhood.

The villa is close to local amenities, the supermarket, weekly market, and beach being 5 minutes away.

Set upon 3 floors, Amaliz provides space for members of your party to have privacy and quiet.

The ground floor has a huge living area with separate dining area and kitchen. The ground floor bathroom has a shower, so those elderly persons can have their own living space, as the sofa converts into a double bed. There are two large covered verandas on the ground floor with a barbeque.

The second floor contains the master suite, which is a double bedroom, dressing area and ensuite toilet/shower room. There is a single bedroom, another double bedroom with two double beds and a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath.

The third floor contains the top bedroom, with two double beds and its own roof terrace. There is another area with the washing machine, refridgerator and the exit to the main large roof terrace with its barbeque for those starry nights. There is also another toilet with shower on the third floor.

The furnishings have been chosen with care and luxury as the main objectives, with four-poster beds and "wow" factor.

The beach directly is 5 minutes walk and the main promenade entrance is 8 minutes. The local area is NOT a tourist resort, but has a quiet Turkish feel. There are, of course, close amenities and scuba diving, paragliding, horseback riding, etc. are readily available.

Location & area

CALis Beach is next to Fethiye on the Turquoise Coast. Amaliz is 5 minutes from the beach across a little bridge. This leads you to the end of the promenade. The main promenade entrance is 10 minutes walk away. Amaliz is in a group of houses which is prodominently turkish and quiet. On either side, about 2 minutes walk, are the main roads which provide bus connection in either direction every 20 minutes

Amenities & services

Air conditioning/heating units in all rooms. Television in living room, master suite and blue bedroom. Satellite in living room and master suite. Stereo in living room. Kitchen contains all necessary items. However, we chose to have a dishwasher rather than oven, so for cooking there is a hob and microwave. On top floor there is a additonal small refridgerator to keep drinks cold while on the roof terraces. There are barbeques both on the roof terrace and on the veranda - larger sized for larger parties. Sun loungers are on the roof veranda while table and chairs are on the ground veranda.
