**WOULD CONSIDER LONG TERM RENTAL OR LONG WINTER RENTAL**Situated in a quiet area 10 mins from Calis Beach centre, Nr. Fethiye, Turkey. This good sized one bedroomed ground floor apartment is situated in a quiet road on a small complex of 6 apartments with a large shared pool. It has the added benefit of being located on the ground floor and is within a 5 minute walk to the beach.

The apartment has a good sized bedroom with fitted wardrobe, French windows and door to rear balcony. In the bathroom is a bath with overhead shower.
An open plan lounge (with double sofa bed), with sunny Kitchen and dining area with French doors.
The front door leads onto a covered patio area with table and 4 chairs which overlooks the pool area. An ideal place to sit, relax and watch the stunning sunsets.
Views from the front and pool area across open fields and to mountains in the distance.Fully equipped with Air-con, linen & towels, microwave, cooking hob and everything you need for your holiday.

The Apartment is situated on a quiet street overlooking fields and mountains. It is about 35 mins from Dalaman Airport and about 10 mins from the main town of Fethiye. Transfers can be arranged from Dalaman to the apartment for about �60 return. Local Dolmus at the end of the street run into Fethiye. There is also a taxi boat from Calis town centre to Fethiye.
