Overview

Located only 20 minutes by car from the town of Bodrum, our villa is three years old and is kept in first class condition with luxury furnishings. Accommodation is arranged over three floors; two double bedrooms, one twin and one twin with bunk beds. An open plan living area with a dining area and fully stocked kitchen is on the middle level with bedrooms above and below.There is a roof terrace with the most spectacular views of the bay, ideal for dining and after dinner drinks.There is a full time caretaker on site who will help with anything required, and his wife is available for cleaning duties.Price for 5 to 8 people is an extra £50 per person per week.
