The houses are both stylishly furnished, incorporating traditional touches and natural stonework with local art from the owner’s extensive travels. Villa Rengin’s pretty lounge-dining area is centred around an attractive stone fireplace, and the spacious bedrooms upstairs, both with ensuite, open onto a large balcony overlooking the pool and countryside. Iris is a charming character cottage comprising of a living room with a double bed, a shower room and a separate kitchenette and dining area. By car, it takes less than five minutes to Ortakent/Yahºi beach with its choice of seafront restaurants, bars and shops. Alternatively, it is about a fifteen minute walk. The houses cannot be booked separately
