Overview

WHY VILLA COZY IS A PARADISE?
Tough Villa Cozy is very close to Bodrum and Gümbet centers, it is also located in such a special, calm area that you can have rest and get rid of the fatigue of the year. It has all the facilities that are certainly enough to spoil you.

After a wonderful breakfast, you may cool off in your private swimming pool, after all can have sunbath in your 700 m2 garden or may play with your children on the grass. You may have a glass of wine at your comfortable balcony, whilst looking over the gorgeous nature view. If you wanna go to the beach after all, it is just 5 min away on foot. There are the best beaches of Bodrum with blue flag. You may lie down all day long, or if you want you can find alternative activities like, scuba diving, water skiing, parasailing, boat hiring, etc. Besides, just behind, you can find the various bars and restaurants.

Now it's time to return home, cause the best sunset can be watched from your balcony. You mustn't miss this.

The night of Villa Cozy is as breathtaking as it is in the morning. When the external lightening and the pool projectors are switched on, you may be driven to another world; there will be no sound, but the sounds of the crickets.

What makes Villa Cozy rather different is the security as well. There is 24 hr gate security, besides the security guards; patrolling around the whole night for you and your family's safety.

2 staff, one dealing with the maintenance of the pool, the other with the watering of the garden will be at your disposition every day. Upon request, a person will be giving delivery service to cater for your needs like daily newspaper, milk or bread, etc… every morning.

If you have a car, or rented one; you may park it in your closed garage.

What about playing tennis? You may play tennis as long as you want in the court located just 20 m ahead of Villa Cozy. You don't need to carry your rackets all the way, on the condition that you inform us in advance. We supply the rackets and the balls for free.

If you have any guests or visitors, you will be informed by the gate security via the direct phone, and they will be accepted upon your approval.

In the social facilities, there is a huge pool with a capacity of 650 m3. The depth is between 1.20-2.20 m. while swimming in the pool, you will have the opportunity to look over the Gümbet Bay, the yachts, etc… you may have some snacks at the social facilities as well. In addition to all, there is wireless Internet connection in the social facilities.



THE COMFORT OF VILLA COZY

Villa Cozy is a newly built building with its 3 bedrooms; (1 double room with en-suite) and a spacious living room. It is fully furnished and is able to cater for all your needs. Most of the furniture is brand new. There is a fireplace corner where you can have a cup of coffee or tea. In the living room, you may seat with your family and watch cable TV (150 channels, most of them European). Besides, radio and cd players are also available.

In your kitchen, you will find necessary equipments. The stove can be used both with gas and electricity. Refrigerator, oven, washing machine, kettle, toaster, Turkish and filter coffee machines, are at your service. All the crockery, cutleries, pans and glasses are all ready to be used.

All rooms' floors are wood; the beds are orthopedic and comfortable. Your linens and towels will be changed with the requested frequency; general cleaning will be done once a week. Each room has wardrobes to keep your personal belongings. All air-conditioned. Also there are ceiling fans in all rooms. So no need to worry how cold or how hot it is.

There is 24 hr hot water. You will be using the water that has passed through a special distillation process. All the curtains are made up of organic products and all reflect the real Bodrum tradition. Villa Cozy is designed in a somewhat traditional way that will take you out from the city life. As there is a generator, you will not feel the electricity cut that may ruin your vacation.

SIGHTS & ATTRACTIONS IN THE SURROUNDING

If you go on foot, the beaches, restaurants and bars are just 15 min. away from Villa Cozy. You can find blue flagged beaches, glamorous sun, entertainment, together with the restaurants serving Mexican, Greek, Turkish, Chinese, and Italian Cuisines. You may also attend to boat trips, and have a chance to swim in the turquoise bays.

Do you wanna have fun? It is so easy. Gümbet is one of the most popular entertainment centers with lots of tourists. It is just 15 min away from Villa Cozy if you go on foot. You can find every type of amusement that appeals to your taste. Specially, Halikarnas Disco in Bodrum is one of the biggest discos all over Europe with its magnificent shows every night. With Catamaran Disco, you can enjoy partying on the see. That may be a different experience really.

Did you say, “ Let's look around? “ Very famous historical ruins are 15 min drive from Villa Cozy. Pedesa Castle, Antique Theatre, Underwater Archeological Museum, Mausoleum, Bodrum Castle, etc… are all waiting for you. If you want to make pilgrimage, then Virgin Mary ( Selçuk ) is just 2 hr drive.

Let's not forget about the children. Dedeman Aqua Park is also 15 min drive from Villa Cozy. So much fun is waiting for you and your family. There are various types of water slides, wave pools, restaurants, buffets, cafes, ice cream sellers, etc…

Do you wanna do a little bit of shopping as well? Bodrum Bazaar is just 15 min drive and is open on Tuesdays (cloths, linens, curtains are sold) and Fridays (vegetable, fruits, etc are sold) when Bitez Bazaar is only 10 min. There you may get well-known brands besides rather authentic, local stuffs like carpets, kilims, table clothes, and curtains at very low prices.
