This recently built triplex villa is situated in the small historical village of Bitez, only 15 km south of Bodrum with stunning views of the Aegean Sea. The villa is one of numerous private properties built to a high standard.



Entry is by steps to a middle level leading to an entrance hall, cloakroom, lounge (three piece suit sofa), and open plan kitchen and dining area with balcony looking out across the beautiful Aegean Sea and Greek islands and with views of Bitez Bay and famous citrus tree orchards’. Leading from the entrance hall are steps to a lower level with 3 twin-bedded rooms (one with en suite Jacuzzi bath and wc), and an additional shower room with wc and washing machine adjacent. You can exit to ground floor terrace and private garden from this level.
Also from the entrance hall you can go up another level to a roof terrace.
There is a communal swimming pool and children’s pool shared only by the other private villas.

On site is a small local shop and restaurant and it is only a short walk to Bitez Bay or there are local dolmus (buses) which run from the site entrance into Bitez and local taxis all which run regularly.
