Welcome to Bitez Farmhouse ( Bitez - Bodrum - Turkey )

Unbelievablely delightful holiday House in the heaven of Bitez . Situated 2 km from Bitez and 7 km from Bodrum IMI Farmhouse is set within 12,000 m2 land consisting of olive and citrus trees, a private pool and use of their private Yacht! You are 100 meters from the neighbours who offer home made local Mediterranean breakfasts and Turkish meals on request, 800 meters to reach Bitez village where you will find small shops and a bakery. Heaven on earth is how I would describe this remarkable establishment. The farmhouse was built by the owners in a Turkish ancient style with all modern conveniences.

The walls are 50 cm thick in the style of an old cottage and there are beamed and bamboo ceilings and gleaming wooden fittings, some exquisitely carved. This perfect villa offers a private pool, car parking for 4 cars, 12,000 m2 land, air conditioning in the 6 bedrooms, under floor heating in the living rooms, 6 bedrooms with private en suite shower rooms, a kitchen, Sat TV, CD player, office with telephone, fax, PC with internet connection, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, pool towels, barbeque and bedlinen/towels are changed weekly.

Partial Lower Floor. Here you will find a kitchen, a small supply room, a WC and a wine cellar. A door from the kitchen provides access to a partially covered patio.

Ground floor - A spacious sitting room with a delightful mix of antique and contemporary pieces, sofas, a fireplace and under floor heating. There is a seperate dining area that seats 8 to 10 people. Two doors leadv from here, one has a pool view, the other the courtyard view. The balconies from these rooms offer beautiful valley views.

First floor - A wooden staircase leads to another living room with sofas and a fireplace, this houses the office area with a balcony (15 m2) which overlooks the pool. Two windows offer views of the courtyard below.

Sleeping arrangements - 6 bedrooms all offer twin beds with air conditioning and private en suite shower rooms.

Pool area - The swimming pool is 5 x 8 x 1.25 to 2.25 meters deep. Plenty of luxury outdoor furniture is available to relax on whilst sitting under the big partially covered veranda with gorgeous views of the Bitez valley below.

Land - From September to October you can help with the vintage. From October to November you can lend a hand with the olive and citrus harvest. The land of 12,000 sq m offers an impressive pool, terraced areas, covered parking area for 4 cars, vineyards, a 75 sq m granite courtyard and plenty of shade when required under the old oak trees! You are 100 meters from the neighbours who offer home made local Mediterranean breakfasts and Turkish meals on request. .According to the experts, Bitez Bay is a prime location for windsurfing and dinghy sailing, an opinion attested to by its popularity with enthusiasts of these sports.
