Overview

1 bed apt. Large open plan lounger/kitchen/diner/outside terrace. 2 single beds and one very large bed settee. Fully equipped and recently refurbished to a high standard. It has air con (payable by renter with electricity locally). Easyjets newest destination!
There is a good size pool with sunloungers. All set in tropical gardens and mosaic pebble pathways.
It is situated approx. a 10 minute walk to Bodrum Marina though there is a supermarket just down the road and everything you could need closer than the marina. A taxi service calls outside the complex and the local buses are also very close.

The complex is more suited to couples 30 plus looking for either a relaxing holiday or comfortable environment to explore the area. The complex is a short bus ride (8 mins approx) to Gumbet. Do remember the buses out there run extremely frequently (not like UK) and 24 hours in season.

We require a booking deposit of £150 (non refundable)taken off your final payment 6 weeks before departure.There is £180 itinary deposit required, returnable immediately after your holiday.

This is a beautiful spot to stay.

Minimum stay 5 days.

Please note the apartment is not suitable for young children or disabled or young groups - sorry. Also if you needed to rent more than one apartment I can put you in touch with another owner upon confirmation of availability & deposit paid(apartments vary). Location & area

BODRUM the St Tropez of Turkey - Though classed as central Bodrum by address, it is approx. 10 minutes walk from the centre/marina though all day to day amenities ie supermarket etc. are closer.

The complex is in a quiet area, If you do not want to walk the bus stops very close by and runs everywhere 24/7 in the season. A taxi service also services the complex just outside the gates.

The nearest large supermarket is just down the road along with shops, petrol station etc.

The complex is has friendly helpful staff.

They are very friendly and helpful.The pool and sunbeds are for your use and the pool shower.We only ask that you treat the property and complex and staff with respect and care. There is a "quiet policy" at night in place and you are asked to respect this - but have fun!

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
