Overview

Villa Marandtaz stands on the small family friendly, Rose Garden Villa Community and boasts a large swimming pool & childrens pool. We are situated within 5 minutes from the beach & 13 world class golf courses. We are just 25 minutes transfer from Antalya Airport. Villa Marandtaz has been tastefully furnished & equiped to create a modern environment with true home from home comforts. There is a large lounge/dining room, with satilite tv, dvd player with a selection of movies, we also have a karaoke machine with a selection of discs. The kitchen as been fully equiped to the highest of standards with oven/hob, fridge freezer,dish washer, washing machine, microwave, ice cold water dispenser.
Our private gardens to the front, side & rear are fully landscaped, have a patio with furniture & sun loungers, golf putting green. Golf clubs, mountain bikes & fishing equipment are provided for the use of our guests. The villa is a very short walk from local shops, bars & restaurants, for those more up tempo evenings the quaint town centre of Belek is 20 minutes walk away, with its modern cafe bars & restaurants and of course those all important shops (which there are plenty of).The villa is 10 mins from the beach were there are many beach bars,cafes & also a horse riding ranch & zoo.You can book many day trips including Aqualand,Rafting,Jeep Safari,Quad Safari,Fishing Tour & Diving all bookable from the villa.The Antalya region of Turkey have some of the worlds most historical sites, the ampitheatre at Aspendos with its live ballet & opera shows throughout the summer months is a magnificent structure,the antique city of Perge, also Kekova with underwater ruins.Manavgat Waterfalls is a lovely family day out take a picnic or dine in the restaurant overlooking the waterfall then maybe take a dip in the river or do a spot of fishing,you can also go on a boat trip from here none of these attractions are very far from the villa.Taxis are inexpensive & offer door to door service or we can arrange car hire at very resonable rates,the car hire company will pick you up at the airport & take you back for your departure.The bus stops at the top of the road which is very cheap to get around on. We can also arrange airport transfers at very competative rates.The Rose Garden on-site managers have extensive local knowledge and are available to contact 24hrs to ensure you have a stress free holiday.We have tried our very best to cater for each individuals needs when creating our beautiful home in the sun, we know you will not be disapointed with Villa Marandtaz or its beautiful location, the surroundings & unique atmosphere will probably draw you back again & again.
