Overview

This new build luxury villa is perfect for golfing or family holiday. It is located in exclusive development comprises of 10 truly delightful detached villas, the site benefits from 24-hours on-site security.
The villa has a living area of 165 square meters, the distribution of the villa is as follows: an entrance area, a guest WC, a bedroom, a spacious living room with open-plan kitchen and large terrace enjoying pool view. The kitchen is fitted with Siemens white goods. There is a sitting area with sofa, armchairs and TV. At the table by the dining area can seat 6 people. One more table with chairs is on the terrace.
Stairs lead up to the first floor. A spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom (Jacuzzi) has access to the terrace, stairs lead down from the terrace to the pool. There is one more bedroom with balcony and bathroom (shower).
Each room has air-con that can be switched to cold/hot. There are shutter on each window; the big terrace door has electric shutters.


The site is located in a quiet area within 15 minutes walking to the town center of Belek. There is a small grocery shop only few meters away from you site, bigger shops can be found in Belek town center. In the town center can be found different shopping facilites, cafes, restaurants, bank office, currency exchange offices, post office. There are 2 private hospitals within 10 minutes drive.
The villa is located opposite of the new golf course designed by Nick Faldo. Other Belek golf courses are within 5 minutes drive, Kadriye golf courses within 10 minutes drive. The new opened beautiful Belek Beach Park with a lot of leisure facilities (including watersports) is within 5 minutes drive. Horse riding, children zoo, paintball are within 10 minutes drive. Rafting, jeep safari are within 30-40 minutes drive. There are a lot of historical sites around Belek within 1 hour drive. From May till October dancing shows, classical music concerts, operas are being held in the ancient amphitheatre Aspendos which is only 20 minutes drive from Belek. Antalya city center with numerous shopping, leisure and entertainment facilities is within half an hour drive. The skiing center Saklikent is within 1.5 hour drive from Belek.
