The Villa,


Set in the tranquil A5 star gated King Villa's complex near the hills of Akbuk, Altinkum.

"Villa Anna" offers great family accomodation, This self-contained fully air-conditioned villa overlooks one of three swimming pools in the King,s complex.


The property is a newly built (last year) 5 bedroom,3 storey villa which will comfortabley sleep 8 - 10 people

Ground floor -


Fully furnished living area with satalite T.V fully equipped kitchen, fridge freezer,electric hob & oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, iron & ironing board.

Open plan living area patio doors open out to out door dining terrace including dining furniture.

Downstairs WC

Double bedroom with sofa bed patio doors leading on to patio with table & chairs for relaxing.



First Floor -


Family sized bathroom, shower & bath

King sized bedroom with ensuite and balcony with seating.

2 Further double bedrooms leading to balconies

Washing machine located on landing



Second floor -


Bedroom with bunk beds,bathroom with Toilet & Sink

Once deciding your stay, please email or telephone us with your dates to confirm availibility.

Villa Anna, is available to rent on a first come first served bases,and the balance must be paid in full at least 6 weeks before your departure date


A bond of £50 will be required on all bookings as security in case of any breakages or damage whilst on your stay.

This bond is fully refundable and will be sent to you 1 week following your departure if not required.

Airport transfers from Bodrum are £10.00 each person one way children under 6 are free

Approx travel time is 60 mins

On request if you are arriving at night the driver of mini bus will stop at a local shop to let you stock up on some essentials like water, milk etc
