The Sevim complex is located in a quite and popular residential area, within easy walking distance to Altinkum beach and town centre. The complex has a fantastic large double pool with bridge feature and small children's paddling pool, sun loungers and games room,also a well equipped play area in view from the apartment.
The apartment consisted of a spacious lounge which has a sofa bed that sleeps 2, TV and DVD player, sliding doors patio door that leads on to a very large furnished balcony, A very modern well equipped separate kitchen, 1 double bedroom with door on the balcony and 1 twin bedroom, bathroom with corner bath and separate shower cubicle, lounge and bedrooms are fully air conditioned.
