This 4 bedroom detached villa with private pool has 4 balconies and a large covered roof terrace with spectacular panoramic views of the sea and mountains. It is surrounded by well-stocked gardens to all sides with a park area to the front and side of the property.

There are 3 double bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor with its own shower room, and one single bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size orthopaedic bed and has its own en-suite jacuzzi bathroom.

Location & area

The villa is situated just 10 minutes walk from the main beach area with its many bars and restaurants, but is in a very quiet location surrounded by fields and parks. It is not unusual to have a herd of sheep grazing at the front of the property or even a few camels! The location provides a perfect get away from it all holiday yet minutes to thriving activity if that is what you want. The villa has private enclosed gardens to all 4 sides with various seating areas and all sun beds and parasols are provided around the private pool.



There is a local market for your daily needs just a minute away.
Altinkum is a bustling beach resort with many bars and restaurants on offer along with numerous sandy blue flag beaches, ideal for family vacations. Just a few kilometres away is the historic Temple of Apollon, Miletos and Prienne. There is a local bus running every few minutes from the bottom of the road.
