Overview

We are delighted to welcome you to our holiday apartment in Altinkum, Turkey carefully furnished to accommodate up to 8 people for a relaxed and comfortable stay. Located in the Dolphin 2 complex it is perfect for families with excellent facilities including huge outdoor pool, sun bathing area with loungers and parasols, childrens pool and play area, cafe, bar, games room and gym.With golden sandy beaches gently shelving into the warm Aegean Sea, great shopping and good food, Altinkum is truly value for money. The market is a must on a Saturday or take a boat trip to Bodrum to shop for great designer look alikes at low prices. Most local restaurants serve English and local dishes and provide a free taxi service. The Apollo temple is just a 15 min walk and Pammakkule and Ephesus trips can be arranged locally. Take a bus to the waterpark for a great day out with the kids.Our penthouse apartment is on the fourth floor reached using the nearby lift. Over 2 floors, there are balconies off the kitchen and master bedroom and a large roof terrace ideal for catching that fabulous Turkish sun with views across Didim to the mountains and Altinkum to the sea. There is a retractable sun canopy to provide some shade and sun loungers and reclining chairs, table and seating for 8. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a balcony with built in barbecue. Living area has 2 sofa and 3 seater sofa-bed, TV, DVD player with a collection of over 50 films, X-box with games, dining table and 8 chairs. Upstairs bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower over, downstairs bathroom with shower cubicle. The double master bedroom is downstairs with a westfacing private balcony so you can enjoy the setting sun. Upstairs the double and twin rooms both open onto the sun terrace. All bed linen, and towels (not including beach towels) are supplied and there is an airconditioning unit in each of the bedrooms and living area.Approx 1 hour from Bodrum airport (try Easyjet for flights) and 1.5 hours from Izmir airport (try BA for flights). Taxi transfers can be arranged.
