More and more people chose Mahmutlar as a central location for their Holidays. Mahmutlar is nestled between the Taurus Mountains to the North and the numerous sandy beaches to the south. The natural beauty of Mahmutlar with its snug town centre boasting a pleasant social culture with lots of bars, restaurants, shops and the usual twice weekly market. The surrounding Banana Plantations and Orange Groves add to the charm of this delightful area.



Alanya's tourist resort is located on Turkey's Mediterranean coast, and is often referred to as the Pearl of the Turkish Riveria. The large popular resort centre of Alanya lies at one end of a rocky promontory which juts out into the Mediterranean between two long sandy beaches. Alanya is a beautiful holiday resort of modern hotels, numerous fish restaurants and cafes, bars as well as large European supermarkets and wholesale stores. There is also the old town which is a maze of meandering streets and alleyways tempting shoppers with their colourful boutiques and stalls. As well as its cultural and historical sights, Alanya has unbeatable beach life.



Beautiful sandy Cleopatra Beach lies to the west of the resort while the fine sands of Alanya Kekybut beach stretch to the east. A good range of water-sports are available also Paragliding, Soccer, Volleyball, Museums, Castles, Caves,are all available. Alanya Castle is the only Seljuk's castle which has been preserved until the present day.
Dim cave is one of the most beautiful caves of Turkey. It is suitable for a visit as is at the vicinity of Alanya and as the environment is covered with forests and picnic sites.

Villa Daniella is a Luxury detached 4 bedroom villa. Master bedroom (King sized bed) with en-suite and furnished balcony. I double bedroom. 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. 3 bath come shower rooms (1 with large jacuzzi bath & 4 person sauna). All of the villa has under floor heating. All bedrooms and living area with heating and air conditioning. Marble throughout villa including all outside balconies and underground private car park. Marble sinks and work tops throughout. Private swimming pool. Sports lovers can exercise to their hearts content in the gym and afterwards relax in the sauna and jacuzzi. There is also 24 hour security.A Free Shuttle bus is provided to take residents to Mahmutlar, Beach and surrounding areas.



Holiday Village
Consists of 2 large swimming pools 800 sqm & 400 sqm respectively, with water slides & numerous water features. Other features include secluded garden areas, mini amphitheatre and Tennis Court You will not have to worry about children getting lost as the village is surrounded by a solid stone wall covered with railing on top. Transport to and from the Airport can be arranged at a reasonable cost, also car hire, can be arranged if needed at very reasonable rates.
All Prices are per week and Including electricity & utilities. 30% Deposit immediately on booking. The remainder payable 8 weeks before arriving at the Villa. Change over day: Saturday evening is preferred, but other days may be arranged to suit.
