Akyaka, is a highly conservation area there are no high-rise hotels - any construction has adhered strictly to the traditional architectural Mugla style of the region. Numerous wooden balconies, intricately arranged pan-tiled roofs and delicately carved fretwork shutters give the houses that tumble down the hillside towards the beach their distinctive and romantic appeal.
This Mediterranean coast location is ideal to visit the many famous historical, cultural and wonderful tourist attractions, and offers a holiday with something for everyone, nature lovers, sun worshipers, thermal baths and springs, photographers, sports enthusiasts, yachtspersons and budding archaeologists! On entering the villa this leads you into the main hallway that has stylish ceramic flooring, leading into a very spacious open plan lounge/dining area/kitchen, which is furnished, to a high standard of quality interiors. There is a separate section for the dining area from the main lounge. In the dining area there is a good quality modern design dining table with a full set of dining chairs, In the lounge area there are high quality interiors consisting of a sofa bed, nicely designed wooden sofa and coffee table , there is also a mini stereo system to play your cd's. The lounge area has a patio door leading onto a balcony.
At the other end of the salon is a modern, good-sized and very well equipped kitchen.
There is a large fridge freezer, tabletop cooker grill with extractor fan above. A two ring cooker hob is electric, so you do not have to worry about gas cylinders.
The kitchen has everything you would need for your stay including, microwave oven, kettle, coffeemaker cutlery, plates, cups, saucepans, bin, cleaning equipment etc. Also in the kitchen is a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The ground floor area has several windows with shutters which when close keeps the this area cool all day , it also has attractive soft furnishings and fresco style pictures.
There is an attractive staircase leading to the upper level of this duplex finished in pine and marble
which compliments the Mediterranean white walls.
Leading off the large top landing are two large double bedrooms, and a good sized twin bedroom which are equipped with full bedroom suites comprising of double wardrobes, bed side tables with bed-side table lamps, and dressing tables with mirrors.
The front double bedroom on this floor has two balconies, one that has lovely views overlooking one of the two swimming pools, and the other with beautiful mountain views, where you can sit and relax and enjoy the lovely surroundings. with your morning drink etc. Patio furniture is supplied for most balconies.
At the rear of the villa is the third double bedroom, which has a nice balcony with the garden views. Between both the Double bedrooms is a good-sized bedroom, which is ideal for children, being safer as this does not have a balcony.
All the bedrooms on this floor have air-conditioning with remote controls, good quality ceramic floor tiles, which keep the rooms cool and easy to maintain, they also have several windows with wooden shutters.
To the rear of the top landing, is a luxurious spacious shower room, and high quality shower fittings and is completely enclosed with sliding shower doors.
Beautifully integrated vanity and sink unit complete with large mirror and lights, it also has a European standard W.C.
There is ample bed linen and towels supplied. The maid service is weekly, to change all bed linen and towels and clean the bathrooms.
A large immersion heater supplies the hot water, which is located in the bathroom on the top floor.
Throughout the villa there is the rustic charm, and good quality standard, for all soft interiors, and light fittings to make your stay a most comfortable one as possible. The villa has eight balconies and a sunny patio having good views of the surrounding mountains and the beautiful flowers in villa, and neighbouring villas gardens.
