Modern well equipped kitchen area with granite worktops, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine and espresso coffee maker. Living area contains a wood burning stove/fire, large 4 seater sofa, armchair and coffee table. For entertainment there is a 37"(94cm) LCD TV with DVD player (& selection of films) together with a hi-fi which plays CD's, radio, & also has an i-pod dock & USB port.The bathroom is fully tiled & includes a large bath with shower over. Externally the front balcony overlooks the old village of Grimentz with views up the mountain, the rear balcony has uninterrupted views across the Val d'Anniviers, there is a table and 4 chairs for use on the balcony. The apartment is situated below the old village and is just a few minutes walk to the lift station or many of the walking trails in the area. There is a lift in the building & storage for skis in the basement. Externally there is a reserved parking space.
