Overview

Set in the village of Bluche, 5 minutes from the ski lifts, this tastefully decorated chalet sleeps up to 12 people. On the main floor there is a fully fitted kitchen, spacious dining area with double height ceiling, cosy seating area with open fire & large panoramic windows overlooking the spectacular Valais region. For those with families or for a cosy night in, there is also a spacious lounge area with Satellite TV and DVD player. A shower room and toilet services the ground floor twin bedroom, along with boiler room and utility room. Upstairs there are 3 en-suite bedrooms, house bathroom and a further twin bedroom & bunk room which have balconies to the beautiful Valais below. The rambling gardens have a BBQ area & also are a wonderful sun trap for the Summer months. The Skiing area consists of 160km of pistes, new high speed 6-man chair and a huge variety of mountain restaurants. Championship Golf Course, water skiing, hiking, mountain biking and paragliding are also available.

Location & area

Crans Montana is located an easy 2 hours drive from Geneva airport, & for those of you living in London and Edinburgh, or with a private Jet, you can fly into Sion airport, which is a mere 20 minutes away. It is also possible to fly to Milan & Basel and from all airports it is possible to catch the train into Sierre, located 12 minutes from the Chalet. The resort itself, comprises of 3 villages, Crans, Montana & Aminona, so there is no shortage of great restaurants, bars & shops. Each village has its own main lift station, linking the 160km of pistes, so there is very little queing, and the addition of the new 6-man chair gives easy acess to all areas. Within 1 hour drive of the Chalet there are also dozens of other ski areas should you fancy a change. For summer the lifts are open & there is 40km of downhill runs for mountain bikers along with a further 180km of cross country runs. There are 10 golf courses within 20kms including the Championship Crans-Sur-Sierre.

The lifts are equipped to whisk you up the mountain so you can experience the thrill of the 50 km of downhill runs, graded from blue to black and also a further 180km of pistes for those with the energy!
