Riehen is a nice,green place, by public transport 12-15 Min from old Basel City Center. The room you find there, is located in a large flat with direct access to the the own sitting place in the garden. It is absolutley quiet. If the weather permits, breakfast can be served outside accompanied by the singing of the birds. The room is equiped with TV and internet access. Nearby you will find some beautiful parks and forests to walk and rest. In walking distance you reach the famous Museum "BeyelerFoundation" and "Toy Museum".Public transport brings you to the pretty old City of Basel in 10 Min., with a beautiful cathedral, University, large,old Zoo and many exhibitions :Basel World (jewellery), Art,economies, concerts and musicals and in June Football EURO 08.
