Overview
Summer residence in the wonderful county of Varmland, a calm place in nature without disturbance. There are two houses situated in the same garden, one is ours the other one we rent out. There is a barbacue and garden furniture. Child friendly surroundings. House is fully equipped with washing-and dishwasher mashines. Possible to pic berrys and mushrooms. There are lots of walking & run tracks nearby. With car it is a quick drive to golf courts, towns and museums, restaurants, pubs, shops etc.
There are a lot of lakes in the area with nice fishingwaters and bathing-places.
We have a boat in one of the lakes 5km from the house.

Foodshops, postoffice, banks, clothing shops and the state-controlled company for the sale of alcoholic beverages is in Kil only 15 min cardrive away. For a bigger city with more shops,restaurants, museums and pubs Karlstad is laying 30 min away with car. Arvika and Sunne is also laying in the neighburhood with all facilities and history a small town should have.
There is a local food shop only 8 minutes by car from the house.
