This Very Large 2 bedrooms 1.5 bathroom Duplex apartment.Sleeps up to 6 people in comfort.The Apartment has two Balconies and Ceiling fans in all rooms,it is an ideal location for Golf and Beaches alike.
Situated at Villamartin Plaza, with lots of bars and restaurants, ( Chinese, Indian, Italian and English Pubs etc )nearby .
A swimming pool and tennis facilities are also available,there is a Supermarket and Bank approx 50 metres away.
The Apartment is on two floors and is situated by the Palm filled VillaMartin Plaza which adjoins the Championship Golf Course of the same name.
It is approximately 1 mile to the beach making it ideal for Golfers and Families alike, the apartment is well furnished and has ceiling fans in all rooms.

*Please note,we do not have a week start date so you can arrive on any day and take advantage of cheaper mid week flights.
We also have no set times to arrive or vacate the apartments when it is empty or if nobody is due to arrive,and we do our best to work around your flights as we know how bad it is to fly in the evening and have to vacate at 10am.
(This is always dependent on the people who are in the apartment before and after you)

*A non-refundable booking deposit of £100 per week is required on all confirmed bookings.
*Payment is required 2 month prior to depature.
*A refundable damage deposit of £100 is required on all confirmed bookings and is payable with the final balance.

Villamartin is ideally situated, enjoying excellent road communications with the adjoining area, only 40 minutes from Alicante airport on the new motorway. It is within easy distance of some of the finest beaches on the Mediterranean, with an average of 350 days sunshine a year to enjoy . Not only that, but the nearby town of Torrevieja offers terrific amenities in the way of bars, clubs, restaurants and entertainment. Also just an hours drive and you are up in the mountains.
