Upstairs take you to a large Master Bedroom with ensuite shower room, adjoining this is a large Private Solarium, ideal for sunbathing. Outside there is a veranda with table and chairs seats 4-6 with Sun. There is a Barbeque Area and small garden overlooking lovely large communal pool, and toddlers pool in a completely secure gated environment. Parking is also in this secure area. Los Dolses is one of the most sought after areas close to restaurants / bars / supermarkets. Golf courses are in easy distance - less than 5min drive to Villamartin, Campoamoar, Las Ramblas. Superb Blue Flag Beaches less than 5min drive. MURCIA airport 15min.
