Overview

A one bedroom apartment on the 8th floor, frontline to Villajoyosa's huge all sand beach. This is a relaxing small resort, but is only around 5 miles south along the coast from Levante, Benidorm. Stunning views from the balcony. Unfortunately no swimming pool BUT the crystal clear Med is only literally metres away! A selection of English cafes and restaurants are along side the apartments, for Breakfasts, lunches,snacks, Sunday Roasts etc. There are also Indian, Pizza, Chicken, Spanish and Dutch all within a maximum of 150 metres. this is NOT a youngsters party resort, this suits couples, the eldery or families. This apartment has TWO uk double size beds in the 1 bedroom. 2 aircon units. Brand new modern kitchen and brand new modern shower-room. Washing Machine.Heating. DVD. TV. Music. Linen provided.

Location & area

Located right on Villajoyosa Beach. Villajoyosa is a small Spanish resort with many English ex-pats in residence. Around 5 miles South along the coast from Benidorm. A nice location with a fabulous beach that in the summer has plenty of room (due to everybody else being crammed onto Benidorm Beach!). Pedelo's available for hire from the beach in the summer months, as are parasols and sun beds. Sunshine throughout the day (gets hot on the balcony in the summer, direct sunshine). No parking at this apartment (street parking) and unfortunately no pool (but the clear med is literally metres away!) Kids will love it!
