UPSTAIRS: There is a twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The french windows opens onto a small balcony with a view overlooking the garden below and the "Eva" community pool ahead.
DOWNSTAIRS: The living area consists of a cosy lounge and dining area which has access to a self contained kitchenette. The Shuttered double doors open out onto a lovely semi-private west facing garden that leads to the "Eva" community pool area.
