Overview

Villacana holiday home rental, a few metres walk from the beach. This lovely 1 bedroom 2 bathroom vaction rental is located in the south section of Villacana beachfront resort.

DOWNSTAIRS: There is a double bedroom with ensuite Andalucian style bathroom and a spiral staircase leading to the upper living area. In addition, leading from this bedroom is a ground floor walled patio.

UPSTAIRS: Offers an open-plan kitchenette and comfortable cosy lounge area with a stove wood burner and access to a 2nd Andalucian style bathroom. There is a useful additional seating area, with a sofabed, that can be partitioned off from the lounge that could accommodate 1 extra person.

TERRACE AREAS: The kitchen exit doors lead out onto a lower balcony terrace. There is a staircase that leads to a sunny upper roof terrace area with lovely sea and mountain views.

GENERAL: This property can sleep a maximum of 3 people. Is within easy walking distance to the "Elena" community pool & garden area and the excellent Villacana resort facilities.
