Overview

This luxury 3 bedroom holiday home in Villacana is the perfect family holiday rental close to the beach.

There is a master bedroom with a double bed and ensuite marble shower room. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and the smaller 3rd bedroom has bunk beds - ideal for 2 young children. Both have access to a marble bathroom on the landing.

ROOF TERRACE: From the landing, there is a staircase giving access to a converted roof terrace area. Has spectacular panoramic views of the sea and mountain range. Ideal for private sunbathing

DOWNSTAIRS: Is open plan with a fitted kitchen overlooking the dining and living area. The lounge is bright and cheerful with shuttered doors that lead out to a large attractive, north facing patio. Ideal for Barbeques and outdoor entertaining.

GENERAL: This property can easily accommodate a family of 6 in total. Is a short walk from the beach, the "Eva" community pool and the excellent Villacana resort facilities.
